Once again bomb blasts, now the target was pink city Jaipur, 8 blasts within 30 minutes more than 80 people killed and 150 injured, once again innocent people targeted by the terrorists and our police, intelligence bureau, government is helpless.

After the terrorist attack, every time our Prime Minister and other ministers giving verbal statements and don’t take any step against the terrorism. Not only Government but also the opposition and other political parties and the so called human rights commission; nobody talks about the terrorism. People are dyeing who cares, financial loss who cares? Care only for chair.

Let us consider the some major terrorist attacks in the last few years:

Oct 29, 2005 Delhi 61 Died 200 injured
Mar07, 2006 Varanasi 20 100
Apr 14, 2006 Jama Masjid 13 injured
Jul 11, 2006 Mumbai 150 300
Sep 08, 2006 Malegaon 38 100
Feb 18, 2007 Samjhauta Express 68 125
Aug 25, 2007 Hydrabad 42 50
Nov 19, 2007 Varanasi, Faizabad
Lucknow 13 40

Approx 400 people died and 1000 injured and economical loss extra, government has no solution of terrorism, or can say government don’t want the solution of terrorism, why government reenactment of POTA. POTA is the powerful law against the terrorism but government doesn’t want this law because UPA Government thinks that vote bank will be affected by this act. Every time politics, no care of nation no care of people only care for chair.

Mohd. Afjal is another issue, why government hang over this matter and why not give him the punishment, Oh yes at the time of punishment some human rights commission will be crying but at the time of terrorist attack they will not.

India is facing this problem for last 30 years when initially the terrorism was only in Kashmir but slowly and slowly it’s covered the whole of India. In the time of thirty years we have lost so many leaders, people, infrastructure and financial loss too, every time terrorist give a major hit to the nation and every time our government give some statement in front of media that “we protest the terrorism, this is not good, we strongly oppose such type of coward acts etc.” This type statement is full of cowardliness not the terrorist act.

It has to be seemed that our government is like helpless vessels, ministers has no idea what to do against the terrorism, they don’t want to take any strong step against it. If government don’t want POTA than why they don’t give any other solutions.

We have some major issues from long time; one of them is Article 370, what is the benefit of this article for India?

Common Civil Code, why government has not applicable to this code?
If POTA was wrong than what is right?

The problem is not about having laws but implementing them. Like any other thing, such laws have two sides. It might make the system powerful and efficient but at the same time it might lead to misuse of power and thus to human right violations.
So it is necessary to train and groom the the right kind people who can effectively use their power without hurting innocents.

Having said that, I do believe that we need strong and uniform ant terrorism laws. It is the need of the hour!

What a farce ! On one hand we bust preparing laws to prohibit unlawful acts, on the other hand we leave behind a number of loopholes and sometimes these laws are reduced to remain on just papers !!

You just don't worry about the anti-terror law in India because Congress is there in the center to take very good care of all the 'aam aadmi' in the country. They believe in healing touch despite the incidents like 'tuesday blast near hanuman mandir' in jaipur. For them, terrorists are also human being, what if they kill other human beings.
